Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
How to Exchange
- 1Email us at our support email with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- 2We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- 3Once we receive your item, we'll send out the exchange within 2 business days.
Please Note
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once worn. All items must be unworn with original tags attached.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
