How to Measure
Chest Measurement
- 1Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest
- 2Keep the tape parallel to the floor
- 3Make sure it's snug but not too tight
Waist Measurement
- 1Find your natural waistline (usually the smallest part)
- 2Wrap the tape around your waist
- 3Don't hold your breath - breathe normally!
